Where Do You Ship From?
Our main shop is located in Utah. However, we have two warehouses we ship from, one in the USA and one oversees.

Do You Take Custom Orders?
No, we do not make one off custom orders for hilts.

How Long Does Shipping Take?
Orders ship within 7-10 business days. Order will arrive within 7-10 business days
from the time of shipping.

Do You Work With Influencers?
Yes. We love working with influencers. If you are interested in working with us, please reach out to us on Instagram.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, however we do not cover return shipping.

We do not accept returns after 7 days.

We cannot refund an order while it is in transit. If you decide to return a product it must be done after receiving it.

Refunds will be issued once all items originally shipped have been returned safely. If there is any damage and/or missing items you will be charged a restocking fee equal to 20% of the original purchase price.
